Volume 7

Take a long, slow, deep breath in… then breathe out.

A lot has been going on.

We may be feeling a bit more stressed than usual due to more than just the pandemic.
Continue to put forth your best effort, but be kind to yourself if you don’t quite reach the expectations you’ve put forth for yourself. As long as you’re making the effort to communicate and connect with the students in order to teach them, that’s all we can hope for.
