Happy Monday,
As you know, we have implemented a video storage solution for faculty and staff that allows us to retain Zoom recordings long term. Videos will be automatically pushed to individual accounts on our video storage platform, YuJa.
To log in to YuJa, navigate to: https://vsc.yuja.com
This change only affects new recordings. Any previous recordings will need to be downloaded from Zoom manually and imported into YuJa. Please remember that starting April 1st, Zoom, will automatically delete recordings that are more than 180 days old (anything before October, 2020). It is important that you transfer any recordings you wish to keep from Zoom to YuJa before this date!
TRAINING
For those unfamiliar with YuJa, we are offering Staff oriented trainings with our YuJa representative Kelsey on the following dates/times via Zoom:
- Wednesday, March 10, 12:00pm
- Thursday, March 11, 4:00pm
- Tuesday, March 16, 12:00pm
- Wednesday, March 17, 4:00pm
