From Gayle Malinowski:

Hello everyone,

Good news! We have implemented a long-term solution for video storage and sharing that ensures the availability of your Zoom recordings. To log in to YuJa visit: https://vsc.yuja.com

At the top right of the page, you’ll see this:

On April 1, 2021, we will turn on a retention policy in Zoom that will automatically delete your meeting recordings after 180 days. If there are old recordings in Zoom you wish to keep, they need to be moved to YuJa. To learn more about how to move your old recordings to YuJa:

If you have a large number of recordings or need any other help with this transition, please put in a ServiceDesk ticket. Information is coming soon about upcoming training opportunities. Thank you for your attention to this important matter.
