Bear is now 10 years old, a rottweiler-shepherd mix rescued from a shelter at age 2. He’s quirky, afraid of a lot of stuff, but loves to cruise along with me on cross-country ski adventures or just burying his tennis balls in the snow and digging them out (see below).
