The Quantitative Reasoning and Information Literacy assessment schedule has been set for the spring.
If you don’t know if you need to complete these, please see your Advisor.
If you are a new student, or one that started in fall 2021, spring 2022, or fall 2022 you can disregard this message.
You can sign up for these on the Portal. Log into the Portal, click on Registration, then Search for Sections.
Search for Quantitative Reasoning, and then click on CU Spring 2023 in the term section on the left. Click View Available sections.
Find the one you want, and add it to your schedule.
Do the same for Information Literacy.
Make sure you “check-out” to get fully registered.
Quantitative Reasoning is an arithmetic and elementary algebra exam. You have 24 hours on the day you are signed up for to complete it. (Please note, there is a 90 minute time limit once you start the exam).
Information Literacy tests your knowledge about using the library and gathering sources for papers. The requirement consists of 4 modules and 4 quizzes. You have to get an 80% on each quiz to pass. You have 24 hours on the day you are signed up for to complete it, and you can re-take the quizzes as many times as needed to get a passing score.
