Valentines Day: Candy-Gram Fundraiser!

Hey Castleton!  Want to send a smile to a friend, professor, coworker, significant other, or crush this Valentine's Day?!?! Then the senior class officers have the perfect opportunity for you! We will be selling candy-grams and flowers for $2 dollars on Tuesday, February 7th from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Campus Center front desk!  If you receive one you can pick it up on  Tuesday, February 14th  (Valentine's Day) from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Greetings Castleton Students!  Kai White, a Junior Social Work student, needs YOUR HELP rebooting the Social Issues Club!  This club will focus on engaging with the Castleton, and greater Rutland County community, in initiating change. From fundraisers like bake sales to activities engaging in community service, this club aims to help our community in meaningful ways. If you are passionate about our community here at Castleton, and/or the general Rutland community, please reach out and join. Tomásio: Abstractions of a Metaphorical World: Artist Reception

Interested in meeting the artist behind this work? Saturday, February 4th from 5:30pm - 7:29pm meet the artist and enjoy light refreshments while viewing the newest gallery show! 12 - 6 pm | Castleton Bank Gallery, 104 Merchants Row, Rutland Thomas Hacker, aka Tomásio, creates robust energetic acrylic paintings that explode off the canvas in every imaginable hue. These multilayered works ask the viewer to look into themselves to find the organization and abstract forms shifting in the pigment. Tomásio’s creative work ranges from music, poetry, sculpture and fashion.
