Let me introduce you to Loki (white-yellow-grey) and Eilley (white-yellow), our pet cockatiels.
They are both still young – under a year old – but they have already taken over our whole house. Loki is our talker, which is common of male cockatiels. He says his name, and his full name, Lochariah (the name we use when he’s in trouble). He insists he’s a good boy, and we’ve been working on whistling the Imperial Death March. Eilley is much more timid and quiet and prone to hiding. She’s not really receptive to Loki’s forward advances. You can check out Loki strutting his stuff to Eilley here –
