Welcome back CU Community! We are happy to share the CU Move for 60 Schedule for the next 6 weeks (see schedule below).
All offering’s are FREE! For PiYo and yoga BYOM (bring your own mat).
The next 6 weeks will be a busy time, make sure you take care of you health- mental, physical, social- by moving for 60 minutes EVERYDAY! We look forward to working with you and seeing you move for 60!
