Opportunity Matters Book Club!

Dear Castleton Students, The Academic Support Center, the Castleton University NAACP, and the Council for Opportunity in Education are proud to invite students, staff, and faculty to join in reading together Finding Me: A Memoir by Viola Davis.  Before Viola Davis was an Academy-Award winning actor, she was a first-generation college student. Friday Jummah Prayer

Assalamu Alaikum, We would like to extend a warm invitation to you to join us for Jummah Khutbah on campus. The Friday prayer is one of the most important and blessed prayers in Islam and provides a great opportunity for us to gather as a community to worship Allah (SWT). The Khutbah will start this Friday (March 17th) at 12:00 PM in the Seminar Room of North House. If you would like to come but can’t make it at that time, then please send Ali Ali an email at axa04191@csc.vsc.edu. We are also preparing for Ramadan and would like to have a sense of who will be able to attend. We look forward to seeing you at the Jummah Khutbah and may Allah (SWT) bless us all with His mercy and forgiveness. JazakAllahu Khairan, Ali Ali
