Hello Spartans! As many of you have noticed, the weather is getting cooler, and there will soon be snow on the mountains. The Castleton Student Government Association has recently agreed to provide another year of skiing opportunities for our full-time matriculated undergraduate students through the Castleton Beast Pass. Vermont State University - Castleton students who meet that criteria will be able to ski free at Pico for the entire season and have the opportunity to purchase a discounted pass to Killington resort if interested (a link will be shared in the confirmation e-mail). Women’s and Men’s Cross Country is Recruiting!

Hi Spartans! The 2023 Men's and Women's Cross-Country teams are looking to add to our rosters for the fall season! If you like to run, want to get in great shape, represent our school on a NCAA team, and have fun as part of a great team family, then the Cross-Country program might be for you! In Cross Country, women compete in the 5K run, and the men in the 8K run. There are no cuts, and everyone runs each race during the regular season! Our practices are fun, focused, and usually last about two hours max! Plus, you get to run on and off campus in some of the best scenery in Vermont. CU Wrestling Student Manager Position!

Good Afternoon Spartans! The Castleton Wrestling Team is looking for student managers to join our team! We are preferably looking for students that have wrestling knowledge, however we are willing to train those that have no knowledge. The student will become a member of the team attending practice and events. Students will be paid through work study for all competitions/events they work. Job duties range during practice and competition from tracking statistics, attendance, running a clock, video(filming), food prep, and helping with administrative duties at events.
