Graduation Ushers Needed!

Graduation this year is on Saturday, May 18th which is only about a month away. On that day we will celebrate the accomplishments of our graduating students, but to do so we need your help! We are currently looking for about 25-30 individuals who would be willing to assist our graduates and their families by serving as ushers.  Your main duties as an usher will be to help with rehearsal on the evening of Thursday, May 16th and then at graduation on May 18th. As an usher you will be the face of VTSU Castleton as you welcome guests of the graduates and help them to their seats. You will also manage the facility and help to make sure the event is enjoyable for everyone. There is good news for you! The Commencement Website is up and running. Register for QR and IL Grad Requirements Today

The Information Literacy (IL) and Quantitative Reasoning (QR) Assessments are required for all students who entered Castleton prior to Fall 2021. If you are a new incoming or transfer student, you can disregard this message. Both the Assessments are administered online. The first step is to register for either the Information Literacy Assessment and/or the Quantitative Reasoning Assessment by going to the Portal and clicking on Self Service, then student planning, and search for the subject Information Literacy or Quantitative Reasoning.
