Take a deep breath. We’ve been here before. The week before classes start always feels full of excitement, anticipation, and just a little bit of fear of the unknown. (Or is that terror? Sometimes it’s such a fine line…)

Just remember – every day we get up and have the opportunity to be better (to do better) than we did the day before. So be kind to yourself during this first week as we get started. The technology is new to us and face-to-face teaching protocols in the COVID-era are new to us; we’re liable to have a couple missteps as we re-learn how to walk. And that’s okay.
