Allow Zoom to share screen on a Mac

Below are instructions outlining how to set the permissions to allow MacOS to share your screen.

Open Zoom and start a new meeting. Start a new meeting
Select Share Screen Select Share
Desktop 1 should be the default. Select it, and then click Share at the bottom right Desktop 1
If you do not have access your Mac will display this message. Select Open System Preferences Open System Preferences
Select the Checkbox next to Zoom. Your computer will then prompt you quit Zoom. Select ” Quit Now”.

It will ask you to end the meeting which is OK to do so. Select End Meeting and Zoom should be set the next time you start it.

Select Checkbox and quit
