The Name Change Please visit Mason Forrest Fleischer's Senior Art Exhibition "The Name Change" in the library gallery! His exhibit is here until Friday, May 12th and it's not something you'll want to miss! There will also be an Artist Reception Friday, May 12th at 4pm. These exhibits are a culmination of an art student's entire college experience! If you can, please show your support of their accomplishments by checking their work out! Archaeology, Geography, and Applied Anthropology Program Capstone Presentations and Granger Open House!

Granger House, Castleton Hi all, On Wednesday, May 10th, the graduating seniors in the Archaeology, Geography, and Applied Anthropology program will be presenting the results of their capstone projects.  Come check out their posters and discuss their work from 2-4 pm in Granger House. This event will also serve as an open house for the Granger House Project.  Come check out some of our early results from the first year of NEH-sponsored investigations and our progress towards the creation of a local museum. Light refreshments will be served!

Hey Spartans, Interested in cross country skiing? Want to stay in great shape throughout the winter? Trying to find a new activity to make the most of Vermont winter? Hi Spartans!The Castleton University Men's and Women's Cross-Country teams invite you to consider becoming a member for the 2022 fall season! If you have a running background in high school or college, or are interested in seeing what Cross Country is about, we encourage you to check it out! Cross Country is the 2nd most common college sport in the U.S. and being on our Men's and Women's teams is an enjoyable and rewarding experience.  Cross Country at Castleton is a competitive distance running program where women train for 5K and men for 8K off road / trail races against some of the best teams in the Little East Conference. Make a Mother’s Day Gift!!

Did you know Mother's Day is coming up?! It's May 14th! We know you're all busy so we're hosting an event so you can get a gift for that amazing person in your life!  Tuesday, May 9th at 12:30pm in the Greenhouse we will be charging only $5 (cash only) to come paint a pot and plant a marigold to bring home!

Garden Clean Up!

Monday, May 8th 11am & 4pm | Outside the Greenhouse Finals are stressful, and it's good to take some wellness breaks. If plants make you happy join the Greenhouse club to clean up and prep the garden beds before the summer! You're welcome to come and go based on availability. We will have all the materials you need, although we suggest you bring water and comfortable clothes/shoes. We're excited to see people involved with the campus!

Greetings Castleton Community -- Did you know that anyone can register for a music ensemble at Castleton University? You can register for either one or zero credit. Registering for zero credit allows your current course load to not be overloaded for the semester. We have several instrumental and vocal ensembles!
