Club Fair!

Hello Spartans! Do you want to join a club on campus, but have no idea where to start? Ever thought about doing Study Away, but don't know who to talk to? Ever wanted to eat FREE FOOD!? Come to SPRING CLUB FAIR to have all those questions answered! Club Fair is on Thursday, February 22nd from 12-2 in the 1787 Room. You can learn about the clubs on campus, the Study Away program, and there will be free food!!!!

Summer Registration!

The summer schedule is available and open for registration. You can access search for sections here: Course Listings.   Courses are offered in two sessions: Session I courses run May 28th – July 3rd  Session II courses run July 8th  – August 16th Students will need to reach out to their faculty advisors for approval to register for the summer term -Faculty Advisors will still need to approve students for registration through Self-Service. -If you have a financial hold on your account, please contact Student Finances about your bill; holds will prevent you from registering for classes. Want to recognize a faculty member who has had a prominent influence on you or the community? Nominate them for the Outstanding Full-time Faculty Award! The Castleton Alumni Association recognizes the outstanding contributions and achievements of Castleton faculty through the “Outstanding Full-Time Faculty Award” by recognizing a faculty member whose "excellence in teaching influences students well beyond graduation." Frogs and Toad Improv Club!!

Hello VTSU Castleton Students!  Are you interested in creating comedy through improv? Are you interested in improving your unscripted acting skills? Do you want to just make friends and have a great time being different characters? Then join our improv comedy club on Sundays from 2pm to 5pm at the Old Chapel! We have performances throughout the semester, but if you just want to play games, then join us at 2:30pm after our business meeting.  We have also been working on sketch comedy, so feel free to bring your own scripted ideas that we can turn into videos for our Instagram @frogsandtoadscomedy.  If you are interested, please join us even if you have never done improv before. Safe Ride is Here!

Safe Ride is officially live! All VTSU students can now access and utilize Safe Ride services. The Safe Ride phone number is 802-712-4214. Safe Ride is available to ensure that all students have a safe ride home on the weekends! The service runs from 10pm-2am on Fridays and Saturdays every weekend.  Again, all students are welcome to access the safe ride services, but please note these important policies: ~No alcohol is permitted in the Safe Ride vehicle.  ~This service is anonymous; however, if asked to provide identification, students must be able to present a student ID. Your student ID will never be documented unless you damage the Safe Ride vehicle.  ~There is a 7-minute radius from campus. Students cannot be picked up in Rutland.&nb...

Interested in Graphic Design or Video Production? Want to help real people with real needs? Join the Castleton Content Lab! The Content Lab is a graphic design and video production club. They create original graphic and video content for real-life people in the community. It's an awesome and fun opportunity to showcase your skills in the real world! The following outlines what you can expect when inclement weather causes a closing or delay in classes and events at VTSU Castleton campus.  Regardless of the University’s decision, only you can decide whether it is safe to travel to campus. To expedite the removal of snow, everyone is responsible to park their vehicle in a place that does not hinder snow removal. Below is information that can help you avoid unnecessary problems during a snow event.
