Safe Ride is officially live!
All VTSU students can now access and utilize Safe Ride services. The Safe Ride phone number is 802-712-4214. Safe Ride is available to ensure that all students have a safe ride home on the weekends! The service runs from 10pm-2am on Fridays and Saturdays every weekend.
Again, all students are welcome to access the safe ride services, but please note these important policies:
~No alcohol is permitted in the Safe Ride vehicle.
~This service is anonymous; however, if asked to provide identification, students must be able to present a student ID. Your student ID will never be documented unless you damage the Safe Ride vehicle.
~There is a 7-minute radius from campus. Students cannot be picked up in Rutland.
~Safe Ride does not provide transportation to parties.
Please respect the Safe Ride workers, drivers, and vehicle. Most importantly, have a safe ride home!
