Graduation Ushers Needed!

Graduation this year is on Saturday, May 18th which is only about a month away. On that day we will celebrate the accomplishments of our graduating students, but to do so we need your help! We are currently looking for about 25-30 individuals who would be willing to assist our graduates and their families by serving as ushers. Your main duties as an usher will be to help with rehearsal on the evening of Thursday, May 16th and then at graduation on May 18th. As an usher you will be the face of VTSU Castleton as you welcome guests of the graduates and help them to their seats. You will also manage the facility and help to make sure the event is enjoyable for everyone. Safe Ride is Here!

Safe Ride is officially live! All VTSU students can now access and utilize Safe Ride services. The Safe Ride phone number is 802-712-4214. Safe Ride is available to ensure that all students have a safe ride home on the weekends! The service runs from 10pm-2am on Fridays and Saturdays every weekend. Again, all students are welcome to access the safe ride services, but please note these important policies: ~No alcohol is permitted in the Safe Ride vehicle. ~This service is anonymous; however, if asked to provide identification, students must be able to present a student ID. To expedite the removal of snow, everyone is responsible to park their vehicle in a place that does not hinder snow removal.
