Trouble logging in? Try clearing your history.

You may need to clear your browsing history if you are having trouble logging in. Some browsers get grumpy and like to hold onto bad temporary internet files.

Below are instructions to clean up each browser.

If you have a “virus” of sorts, you can also reset Firefox to its defaults. This will remove any add-ons you have, clear all temporary internet files, and reset your homepage. It will not remove any bookmarks or saved passwords.
